Clémence Poésy, best known for her role as the pretty Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is Paris' newest style icon. She likes to mix vintage with designer clothes (such as Balenciaga and Chloé - she even modeled for the latter's perfume), she's very classic but at the same time looks effortless, and she's very, very French. Her style's not about the quantity, but the quality of the clothes; she'd rather wear one beautiful piece than throwing a lot of undefined stuff on top of each other.
