i want a beach birthday

My birthday is in nine days, on June 29, so tradition tells me I'll have to celebrate. As my house isn't quite large enough to host all the people I'd like to invite, I'd really like to make it a beach birthday. But then the weather HAS to be good, or else it will be like my birthday two years ago (being home alone all day, eating chocolate and playing The Sims 2, with no one calling or visiting). The weather forecast says it'll become warmer and warmer next week, up to 23 degrees on Thursday, so please help me hope that one Monday from the next, it's going to be the warmest day of the year!
